with the Developer and Design Engineer, we will incorporate
the necessary information on the Tentative Map, carry
it over to the Final / Parcel Map and provide you with
an accurate base map for the improvement drawings.
In addition, we would use the Conditions and Title
Report to meet all local agency requirements for mapping
submittal and approval.
